Received but Regret?...Wrong size? Wrong color?... maybe the fit wasn't what you'd expected? No Worries...nothing a little R&R can't handle.

Please follow these simple instructions and we'll make this process totally painless rather than a total pain in the...you know what we mean.

All returns must be made within 15 days of shipment. Each return must be accompanied by a return authorization number which will be provided by an R&R Surplus customer service representative.

Either way, please provide us with both the invoice date and invoice number relating to your R&R purchase.

Upon agreement to accept merchandise for either credit or exchange, your R&R representative will provide you with the RMA number.

An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new transaction and will be charged prior to shipping. We'll pick up the tab on the freight as long as it is within the U.S. Continent. Upon our receipt of your return, we will promptly issue a credit equal to the amount originally paid.
